We are pleased to announce that our school has become the honorary patron of the social campaign ‘From the Seven Corners of the World – Fairy Tales of Świętokrzyskie’ – an initiative aimed at promoting literature from various corners of the world among Polish children and youth. At the invitation of Mr. Robert Biernacki, the organiser of the campaign, we took part in two online meetings, during which we read Polish versions of famous Australian fairy tales for a total of over 250 participants in Poland. During the second meeting, our school was represented by students who enthusiastically took on the task of reading fairy tales in Polish. Their commitment and diligence were very well received. For many of them, it was an inspiring experience that allowed them not only to improve their language skills, but also to promote the culture of reading. It was a great opportunity to promote our school and establish new contacts. The campaign, to which Polish educational and diplomatic institutions from around the world were invited, is under the patronage of the ABCXXI Foundation – All of Poland Reads to Children.
